Our Team
We have a vast amount of experience in the hospitality, construction and real estate industries. We have sculpted our names in the reliable column and have a proven track of professional accomplishments.
Collectively we have been a part of 90 developmental projects in the southeastern United States. In addition, we have worked with nearly every major hotel franchise in the business.
Our Founder
Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Himanshu “Mak” Makwana graduated in 1987 with degrees in Architecture and Interior Design from Mumbai. Mak has successfully designed and executed more than 90 full-service, limited service and extended stay hotel projects, and multi-family projects all sizes. He has worked with, and had meaningful contacts within, all major franchises.
Mak knows all aspects of the industry and will provide an unprecedented level of personal involvement in your project.
As a hospitality developer, Mak takes a leadership role in everything from conception to completion; including; land acquisition, financing, architectural/engineering issues, interior design/ FF&E, construction and all aspects of project management and development.
